Senior Product Manager at JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. (Plano, TX)

The JPMMS Core Product Manager - Reconciliation and Fraud, will join the Servicing Product domain focusing on the Fraud and Reconciliation process. The individual will be responsible for delivering the vision, roadmap, and direction for the products and related initiatives. The Product Manager will focus on providing data driven insights and solutions, driving improvements to the client journey, development of the product roadmap, and working on a cross functional team to deliver interconnected product capabilities across business units to drive value to the firm. This position requires a collaborative individual capable of understanding and navigating the impact of new processes, products, enhancements, and brand mandate implications across multiple systems.

This highly collaborative position requires an individual who has demonstrable strong end-to-end product management and a proven history of successful process improvement and cross functional team collaboration. The ideal candidate understands that product management is cross-functional and involves business development, strategic thinking, data driven insights, market research, client journey optimization, client interaction, experience design, architecture, resource planning and general awareness of goals versus constraints. The product manager will need to drive the balance between the ideal product and the minimum viable product always thinking ahead for how best to improve the client experience.

Responsibilities:
* Partner with Operations to develop and execute on Fraud and Reconciliation roadmap and broader strategy
* Establish and deliver data driven insights and solutions
* Drive process and technical improvements to the Fraud and Reconciliation process
* Establish thought leadership and client-centric vision for implementation capabilities
* Ownership of agile development process through story creation and delivery for Reconciliation development
* Work closely with cross functional partners, and clients to understand merchant/client needs, changes in industry landscape, and help drive solutions that are meaningful for clients
* Interfacing with sales, sales support, marketing and operations partners to engage customers and inform customers of the detailed features and functionality of Chase products and platforms
* Helping customers solve problems and craft viable solutions that can be delivered to market
* Supporting a set of products, features, or functions, including documentation, messaging, positioning, business models, pricing recommendations so that all stakeholders have access to clear consumable information
* Interfacing with external partners and customers to promote Chase Merchant Services offerings and socialize those offerings in a way that positions Chase as the go-to market partner for payments solutions
* Supporting all controls and compliance requirements and ensuring that all pre and post launch conditions are met in order to release product on time and within budget
* Ensuring product suite is managed end-to-end during all phases of the product life cycle (introduction-growth-maturity-decline-sunset)
* Identifying performance metrics and managing to successful outcomes
* Creating and delivering customer experiences that delight and positively influence customer and employee NPS
* Structure and present reporting and updates to senior management
* Identify issues quickly, escalate and bring to closure, with a critical focus on client experience

Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or related field preferred
* Minimum of 5 years of product management and development, or related experience
* Payments expertise preferred - including servicing, acquiring, processing, or issuing
* Strong data analytics skills (i.e. SQL) and data visualization (i.e.Tableau)
* Strong understanding of the payments process and payments landscape (merchants, brands, acquirers, gateways, third party providers, etc.)
* Proven ability to drive and deliver a successful Product Roadmap
* Experience developing product strategy and establishing product positioning
* Strong organizational skills to plan, organize and schedule resources
* Experience with technical concepts and working with technical staff as needed
* Ability to develop creative solutions to achieve goals
* Strong communication and presentation skills
* Process improvement and client journey mapping
* Talent for communication of complex business topics
* General business acumen
