The Data Solutions Product Owner will have three primary responsibilities:
Work with data scientists, application owners, and other internal groups to understand and solution new use cases as part of our overall product strategy
Deliver end-to-end solutions and business results with our technology partners in an agile framework
Enable the broader organization by developing and communicating a deep understanding of how payment, deposit, and data platforms work
Qualifications:
Management consulting skillset (impact orientation, business understanding, program management, executive presence)
Affinity for technology and product management (and end to end product development)
Exceptional analytical acumen and demonstrated ability to advance thinking to "best in class", with a digital mind-set
Appreciation for controlled execution and applicable regulatory requirements
Ability to concisely articulate complex information in both verbal and written form
Strong interpersonal skills to both partner with and influence stakeholders
Experience Requirements:
5+ years of relevant experience
Bachelors Degree in the fields of engineering, computer science, statistics, mathematics
Product management experience in an analytics/information technology setting
Management consulting experience is a plus
Expertise in analytics (esp. SQL on Hadoop) - candidate needs to have the ability to analyze data
Expertise in data and analytics platforms, data base administration and data warehouse design and associated technologies (e.g., APIs)
Understanding of application development process a plus; prior programming experience preferred
Experience in the payments industry and/or technology-enabled industries is a plus
