Your tasks:

• You are part of a team that deals with the automation of various areas of text generation using Deep Learning
• Together with your team, you will design and evaluate solutions to strategic product issues and put them into practice
• You prepare developed solutions and hand them over to other teams for maintenance and further development
• You and your team take care of the setup and expansion of the required infrastructure
• Together with other stakeholders, you influence the further roadmap of your team with your ideas
• Together with other developers within your team, you ensure the focused establishment, further development and communication of standards and best practices in the area of Deep Learning at Retresco

your profile:

• You have a degree in computer linguistics, computer science or a comparable discipline
• You have several years of experience in the design, implementation, training and evaluation of deep learning architectures through your work in industry or research
• You have in-depth experience with Sequence2Sequence models and/or transfer learning (e.g. in the context of text generation, machine translation, language modelling, text summarisation, etc.)
• You have very good Python skills and know not only how to use relevant machine learning libraries and frameworks like Tensorflow, Keras and PyTorch, but also how to customize them for your purposes (e.g. own layers, lot functions, etc.)
• You enjoy using scientific methods and do not let setbacks in your experiments demotivate you on your way to your goal
• You like to work in a team and at the same time you are able to drive tasks forward independently
• You have very good written and spoken German and English skills
