CIB - Wholesale Payment Operations- Business Analyst I- Associate at JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. (Mumbai, India)

Key Responsibilities:

Perform tasks as the primary technical resource proficient in the knowledge of Credit Card Payment Processing Industry products and services with a working knowledge of Chase and/or Card Industry standards. This includes supported connectivity options, protocols, data formats, and product functionality.

Complete assigned certification tasks with external clients to ensure transaction processing meets all product and service standards for feature set, connectivity, industry, and regulation standards.

Create volume reports

Analyze data transmitted to the certification host to resolve issues.

Publish and update documentation on internal department SharePoint site.

Ensure the project activities, as assigned, are completed within established time and budgets, and that objectives conform to corporation's overall standards and operations objectives.

Required Skillset/Experience:

Minimum 3+ years SQL query experience writing/modifying complex queries.

Working experience with Business Intelligence tools (Tableau, Cognos, etc.) is preferred

Advance knowledge of Excel, Access, SharePoint, and able to read/write VBA macros

Experience with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

Excellent analytical/problem-solving skills with the ability to provide sound recommendations to management

Experience in creating executive/summary level reports

Knowledge of best practices in data visualization and business intelligence
