Data Science Director, Search and Recommendations at Huxley (Boston, MA)

A global E-Commerce company are looking for an Director to join their Data Science practice out of Boston to support one of their Recommendations and Search teams. The Director will lead a small team, therefore previous management experience is ideal, but will still be hands on with regards to Machine Learning, building and deploying models.

Experience with Personalization and/or Recommendation Engines is highly desirable. The Director will look to grow the team, leading from the front technically, there strong Python, Tensorflow and Keras experience is important.

Key Skills/ Requirements:

• Masters or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematical or Science related field
• 7+ years (Masters) or 5+ Years (PhD) Data Science industry experience
• 1+ Year leadership or management experience
• Strong Machine Learning or Deep Learning engineering skills
• Strong Python Programming, Tensorflow, Keras experience
• Excellent communication skills
