Architect-Data Scientist at JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. (Wilmington, DE)

Working as an Architect and Data Analyst in the Cyber and Technology Controls - Technology Resiliency Group, your passion for technology and thirst for innovation will help to carry our mission to Protect the Bank. Every day, you'll bring critical day-to-day leadership and thinking to the table, working with application owners, platform managers and risk personnel, aligning cross-functional projects, to highlight and manage risk.

High Risk Roles (HRR) are sensitive roles within the technology organization that require high assurance of the integrity of staff by virtue of 1) sensitive cybersecurity and technology functions they perform within systems or 2) information they receive regarding sensitive cybersecurity or technology matters. Users in these roles are subject to enhanced pre-hire screening which includes both criminal and credit background checks (as allowed by law). The enhanced screening will need to be successfully completed prior to commencing employment or assignment.

This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:
* BS/BA degree or equivalent experience; MS in Data Analytics desired
* Expertise in application, data, and infrastructure architecture disciplines
* Additional knowledge expertise in non functional design -- capacity mgmt, performance management, high availability, etc.
* Experience in cyber recovery and cloud resiliency patterns highly pertinent and helpful
* Fluency with R and Python, statistics, inference, optimization and predictive algorithms
* Ability to summarize information insights through meaningful text and visualizations
* Experience in risk and risk control compliance
* Ability to work collaboratively in teams and develop meaningful relationships to achieve common goals
