Senior Technical Lead - VP at JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. (Jersey City, NJ)

In this role, as a senior technical lead you will be part of a geographically dispersed team, comprised of experienced technologists and Machine Learning engineers, that builds solutions leveraging AI/ML tools and techniques for extraction and processing of document data. Responsibilities includes:
* Provide technical leadership to the team that has been working on innovative initiatives for document extraction leveraging AI/ML on a very large, diverse data set
* Be the thought leader in framing business problems into analytical projects and execution plans
* Keep abreast of advancements in technology and industry trends in the AI/ML space to be able to leverage the right stack for any given problem
* Leverage agile practices in continuously improving our delivery quality and velocity

This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:
* BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
* 7 + years expertise in application, data, and software architecture disciplines
* In depth knowledge of Microservices, Service Oriented Architecture, Publisher/Subscriber and Messaging services
* Proficiency and hands-on experience in at least one of the following technologies: Java/Spring Boot, Python
* Experience in containerization with Kubernetes/Docker and/or AWS cloud services is a plus
* Strong knowledge of industry wide technology trends and best practices in AI/ML
* Hands-on experience with AI/ML algorithms and open source libraries such as TensorFlow, Scikit-Learn etc.
* Knowledge of one or more OCR solutions
