Job Description

The Support Analyst for Developer Center will play a key role in the cross functional integration testing uplift for Technical Implementations. This team is an established Agile group operating under the core guidelines of Agile methodology. The Analyst will provide project management support by running daily stand-up meetings to ensure project team is on track with deliverables. The Support Analyst will also assist with removing blockers and escalate issues accordingly so the team can focus on Test Case creation, testing optimization processes, and rule authoring for Developer Center.

This role is in CIB Technology and based in our Tempe, Tampa or Plano office and will work directly with our Tech Implementations team, Product team, Level 2 Support teams, Development Teams, and senior leaders to support the high visibility and ongoing work to improve the testing integration process. The position will also provide support for our internal users and communicate details about releases, known issues, and new features within the tool. While the tooling and work currently focuses on Core Applications within Merchant Services, it is expected to expand with Helix as partnerships are developed to provide services on the new processing platform.

Skills Needed:

Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum work methodology

Ability to work as a Project Manager for the team

Knowledge of Jira application and ability to create well defined Epics and Stories

Knowledge of payment processing is a plus but not required

Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of executives, business analysts, product managers, and subject matter experts

Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines

Responsibilities include:

Play a key role in the cross functional Integration Testing Uplift Agile Garage Team by providing project management support on the following functions

Run daily stand-up meetings to ensure project team is on track with deliverables, assist with removing blockers and escalate issues accordingly

Partner with Business Users, Product and Technology teams to drive sprint planning meetings

Run backlog refinement meetings to write stories required to complete top priorities

Organize and run mid-sprint and end of sprint demos

Collaborate with project team to prepare regular executive reporting including velocity, capacity, and other key performance indicators

Additional project management support needed by the Technical Implementations organization

Produce reporting and analyze data for special assignments leveraging the team dashboard in Tableau
